What does the Dubai front office do?
It gives UAE and Gulf clients a contact point in Dubai, at Innovation One, DIFC, 1st Floor, West Side, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Enquiries, scoping calls and project reviews can all run in Gulf time.
Our chief executive, Mirza Usman, and a sales lead work from the Dubai office. We meet at Innovation One, DIFC, or at your office in the UAE, by appointment.
How does a project run between Dubai and Pakistan?
You deal with one company, Netixsol, from the first call to handover.
Scoping and reviews happen with you in Gulf hours. Engineering happens in Pakistan, and each milestone ends with a build you can test.
- First contact: email, phone, WhatsApp or Telegram, with a reply within one business day.
- Scoping: a 30-minute call, then a written proposal with milestones and a quote.
- Build: engineers in Pakistan deliver each milestone as a working build.
- Handover: code, documentation and deployment access, with audit findings where they apply.
When can you reach us in Gulf time?
Almost all of your working day. Dubai is UTC+4 and Pakistan is UTC+5, so a 10:00 call in Dubai is 11:00 for our engineers.
Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait and Bahrain are on UTC+3, two hours behind Pakistan.
We reply to enquiries within one business day, by the channel you choose.
What can we build for a UAE business?
We offer the same three practices in the UAE as everywhere else, with the same delivery model.
- AI agents and data: agents that answer from your data and act through scoped tools, with an audit trail.
- Blockchain and DeFi: exchanges, staking, tokenization platforms and smart contract audits.
- Product engineering: web platforms, PMS, LMS and internal tools.
Who handles licensing and regulation in the UAE?
You and your legal advisers do. We are engineers, and we do not give legal or regulatory advice.
Your product may fall under VARA in Dubai, the DFSA in DIFC or the FSRA in ADGM. In each case, your counsel sets the requirements.
We build the controls they specify, such as investor allow lists, transfer limits and audit logs.
