Who is responsible for your data?
Netixsol (Pvt.) Ltd. is responsible for the personal data described in this policy.
In this policy, "we" means Netixsol and "you" means anyone who visits the site or contacts us.

What data do we collect?
We collect what you send us through a form or by email, and basic technical data when you visit.
Google Analytics loads only if you allow analytics. Until you do, or if you decline, nothing is sent to Google Analytics.
- CVs can be PDF, DOC, DOCX, JPG or PNG files of up to 4 MB.
- Your CV may contain more personal data than the form asks for. Please leave out anything we do not need, such as identity numbers.
- Our forms also contain a hidden field that only automated bots fill in. It collects nothing from people.

Why do we use your data, and on what legal basis?
We use your data only for the purposes below. Where the law asks for a legal basis, the table names the one we rely on.
We do not sell your data. Sending a form does not add you to a mailing list.

Who processes your data for us?
We use the service providers below. The table shows what each one does and which data it handles.
Our staff in Pakistan and the UAE see your data when they need it to reply, scope a project or assess an application.
We may also share data with professional advisers, or with authorities when the law requires it.

How long do we keep your data?
We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires.
When a period ends, we delete the data or make it anonymous.

Is your data transferred to other countries?
Yes. Our team works in Pakistan and the UAE, and our providers process data in other countries, including the United States.
Hygraph stores our form data in the EU (Frankfurt).
Where the law requires it, we protect these transfers with the safeguards our providers offer, such as standard contractual clauses.
What are your rights, and how do you use them?
Depending on where you live, you may have the rights below.
To use a right, email info@netixsol.com with the subject Privacy request. We may ask you to confirm your identity first.
We reply within one month. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that happened before you withdrew it.
- See the personal data we hold about you, and get a copy.
- Correct data that is wrong or incomplete.
- Ask us to delete your data.
- Object to, or ask us to limit, how we use your data.
- Receive your data in a portable format.
- Withdraw your consent to analytics at any time, through Cookie settings in the footer.
- Complain to your data protection authority.
Do we collect data from children?
No. This site is for businesses and job applicants, and it is not directed at children.
If you think a child has sent us personal data, email info@netixsol.com and we will delete it.
How will we tell you about changes?
When this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
If a change is significant, we also show a notice on this site for 30 days.
